The one who does destruction, maintenance and creation (of the universe)

रुद्रसंहितायां सृष्टिखंडे शिवतत्त्ववर्णनो नाम नवमोऽध्यायः

Shiva element description Chapter 9

शिव उवाच ॥

Shiva said (to Lord Vishnu)

प्रलयस्थितिसर्गाणां कर्ताऽहं सगुणोऽगुणः |

परब्रह्म निर्विकारी सच्चिदानन्दलक्षणः || 27 ||

The one who does destruction, maintenance and creation (of the universe) is me, with form or without form, the parabrahma (supreme element) free of defects with the characteristic of sachchidananda.
