Chapter 31 (Continued)

शंभुर्हि परमेशानः सर्वस्वामी परात्परः |

विष्णुब्रह्मादिसंसेव्यः सर्वकल्याणकारकः || 15 ||

 

Shiva is the supreme God, the Lord of everyone, superior to the supreme, worshipped by Vishnu, Brahma, etc., who does all good.
