व्योमवाण्युवाच |
Sky voice said
यत्पादपद्ममनिशं ध्यात्वा संपूज्य सादरम् |
विष्णुर्विष्णुत्वमापन्नस्तस्य शंभोः प्रिया सती || 22 ||
After meditating on whose worshippable lotus feet with respect, Vishnu obtained his characteristic (Vishnutva – Vishnuness), that Shiva's favourite is Sati.
