ईश्वर उवाच |
God said (to the supreme Goddess)
प्राणायामसमायुक्तस्सगर्भो जप उच्यते | 30
Chanting combined with Pranayama (kumbhaka part) is called Sagarbha (chanting, else is called Agarbha chanting).
