Chandrakunda near Somanath destroys sins

चन्द्रकुण्डं प्रसिद्धं च पृथिव्यां पापनाशनम् |
तत्र स्नाति नरो यः स सर्वैः पापैः प्रमुच्यते || 54 ||

And Chandrakunda (a pool named after the moon), well known on the
earth, (is) capable of destroying sins. A man who bathes there is
liberated from all sins.
